Progression dashboard in portal
Employers can see how they are progressing against each Standard over time, in different visual ways.
Audience: Employers who are self-assessing for a second (or subsequent) time.

Clone/copy past assessment in portal
Employers can clone and update the last assessment rather than starting over again. This saves time if they have only made changes in certain areas.

Updated resources in portal
Helps employers improve by providing the latest best practice, recommendations and templates.
Audience: Employers who have self-assessed and want to improve.
DATE LIVE : Ongoing as functionality is added/updated in product (e.g. S3 Take Action documents were updated with linked templates in April).
Multi-site view in portal
Employers can view and compare between different sites and departments where permission has been given to share between colleagues.
Audience: Employers who undertake self-assessments for more than one site or department.

Sector view in portal
Aggregated data is shown about sector scores for Standards along with wider sector engagement data from our network. All data is anonymised apart from in the engagement data, where it states which employers from a sector are involved in each Careers Hub’s Cornerstone Employer Group.
